Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location is excellent and the resort offers some great amenities, I was disappointed with the room I received and the fishing experience in the pond. The staff provided good service during our stay, but the overall condition of the building across the street was a letdown.
I had a fantastic time at this hotel! It was packed with activities like swimming, fishing, and even fireworks! The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions. However, the dining experience was a mixed bag, and the management could use some improvement.
I have a love for this place after visiting for nearly two decades, but this last trip left me feeling let down. The grounds are stunning and there are wonderful activities, yet significant cutbacks have made it less appealing, especially with entertainment for kids disappearing, and restaurant meal plans gone. While the staff was generally friendly, the lack of support during our checkout was frustrating, especially given the higher prices and issues with amenities.
I recently had a weekend getaway at the Indian Head resort, and while there were some enjoyable aspects, my experience was quite mixed. The facilities, especially the pools, were a highlight, and my room was clean and comfortable. However, the outdated decor and disturbances from children were definitely downsides. The dining experience didn't impress me either, making it hard to fully enjoy the visit.
My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the location was decent and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and attentive, our room situation left much to be desired. We ended up with a standard room instead of the premium lakeview room we had expected, and the quality of the room itself was not up to par. Overall, I appreciated the staff's effort and some of the amenities, but there were significant downsides to our stay.
